MineCraft
Minecraft is a sandbox game created by Markus Persson and has two variants; the classic free version and the paid Beta. The game consists of building structures using blocks mined from the surrounding area. In the classic version there are no enemies and no environmental hazards such as lava and falls. The only goal in classic is to build without interruption on single layer or multiplayer servers. Beta is the only version of the game that is updated and is only available to those who buy the game. Beta is a survival mode with players attempting to survive as long as possible. Players will take damage from enemies that spawn during the night and must build to protect themselves. The world is randomly generated with various biological zones such as arctic, desert, plains, etc. There is a crafting system that allows players to create better tools, armor, and weapons. Beta allows for theoretically infinite horizontal movement but there is a vertical limit.
LordKat
Seeing as how this is the LordKat wiki, there has to be some connection, right? He started playing on January 18, 2011 according to this (Yeah, I looked it up.) LordKat used an account that was given to him by a friend of the stream and played on a server that Horror showed to him. LordKat spent the next while bopping around building things when he decided to make a really big hole and...he did things. He also managed to discover an island of fire. Yes, an island of fire. Only LordKat.

The latest information can be found here The main server connected to the LordKaT Mafia in Minecraft: Celestria's server, of which many of the LordKaT chat members are a part of (IP: 173.236.14.154:25565). It's run by a friend of Horror and is a public server. When you first join, you will be unable to place blocks until given privileges by server ops/admins. Details of Celestria's server can be obtained by talking to her in the IRC. Celestria's dedicated Minecraft Server has the LordKaT Minecraft map multiversed and many mods.
