I like Euro Truck Simulator. It's interesting, because it's got all the different trucks, you can upshift and downshift, and the gameplay is kind of fun because you pick up stuff, travel across europe, turn them in, and you make money, get achievements and have a little career going. The problem with it is the traffic rules aren't too well represented (you get tickets if you go through red lights but not much about speed limits or using your turn signals).

Maybe it's because I'm lousy at driving IRL so that type of thing is interesting too much.

If you ever do a live stream, you could do the obvious thing and stream yourself playing a game, like a point and click or a challenging game or something.
