Own built desktop error.

Hello everyone,

I recently build my own desktop (september), i got some recomendations from how to do it back then. Everythijng was working fine. But yesterday i started the pc and it gave a cpu fan error. I checked and the pressure things weren't connected very well anymore and it was a pain in the ass to fit it in. So i decided to remove it for now and replace it with the standard intel i5 cooler. To do so I removed the graphixs card so i had room to install it. Afterwarts I fitted everything back like it should.

But then this problem arose:
The computer would startup without any problems untill I got in the login screen, then my screen shutdown and after a while the computer rebooted. This happens always.

I can startup in safe mode and I can use a linux live cd.
To make sure it isnt a driver issue I performed a clean install of windows and installed the drivres from the cd -> same problem. Then I installed beta drivers from nvidea -> same problem.

I dont have another graphics card to test or another case to test my card.
Both my mobo and graphics card come from the same webshop, to send an item back you need to be sure it isnt working or else they will charge you an extra cost + shipping.

I was wondering if I can be sure this is a graphix card problem or can this be a mobo problem? Or maybe both? Mobo breaking my graphics card.

Thank you for any advice ;-)
