I think I got trouble with my patriot memory sticks. Please make the problem go away.

Hello LK community I am very happy to have decided to join you. Yesterday I changed my standard CPU fan with a cooler master fan and after having several trouble with the old fan removal I finally was able to replace it, clean my cpu and reinstall everything back in.
The problem is that I had to reseed my patriot 2gb memory stick 1600 mhz (clk9) from my red slots to my black ones (My motherboard is Asus R.O.G Formula IV standard with AMD socket) and the problem is that every time I unplug the system and re-plug it The Pc seems to have forgotten something and gives me a "overclocking failed" message. Sometimes the Pc will start but the screen won´t receive any data (no signal) and none of my usb devices will work.
The former red slots are blocked by the cooler master but what it bugs me is that whenever I get the "overclocking failed" message I just have to enter the bios and exit discarding changes and I will have full control of my PC (meaning I can play any game or execute any process without any trouble.)

Should I reseed? Should I clean it out & buy a new one? Does the problem originate in the memory sticks or in the bios? will this trouble at startup create a short circuit and deep-fry me and my loved ones?

I have been following the show for quite some time and now my PC is free from malware attacks and my wireless network clean and pristine so I know that st least I am appealing to the right people.

Thanks to everyone in the forums in advance.
