The Colts have won two games in a row & may wind up with the second pick in the draft if they win next week vs. the Jaguars and the Rams lose to the 49ers. St. Louis would then get the first pick due to having the worst record. My question is, if the Rams wind up with the 1st pick and Indy gets the second pick, would St. Louis just trade the pick or would they pick a player other than Andrew Luck? Since they have Sam Bradford at QB, would they just take some other player and leave Luck for the Colts to take at #2?

Well...
They could also potentially pick Luck, and then immediately put him on the trading block. I don't see that happening, but it's a possibility.
I'll say that if the Rams do get the top pick they'll use it for a lineman on either side of the ball, since their run D has been awful and their O-line has given up about 50 sacks. Then the Colts can get what they're after.
