Maybe I'm toeing the line between 'nerd' and 'super-nerd,' but these reruns are pretty cool. It's great to have some historical context for current technology trends, especially in cases where that context dates back further than I could possibly remember. It's great fun to point and laugh at short-sighted executives from the 1980's and 1990's, but in addition to that, these old programs can enhance Tuesday Tech Talk by showing companies' patterns of behavior and trends similar to those of today occurring in the past. If you know a few topics that you'll be broaching on a Tuesday evening, it might be helpful to show relevant episodes of Computer Chronicles on Tuesday morning or later at night, when the stream would otherwise be silent.
