sorry for commenting here but I forget were it was mentioned.
Bob the minion couldn't work. it says right in the dungeon masters guide, "a minion is destroyed when it takes any amount of damage." so sorry but HP is irrelevant. he takes damage he dies.
all so if I remember right someone got healed and they where healed to 0 instead of from 0. "when you are dieing and receive healing your hit points go to 0 and then regain hit points from the healing effect."
